Most gyms punish your schedule. We built a lab that respects it. No fixed start times, no rigid classes, just elite, coach-led training that begins the moment you walk through the door.

Gyms punish your schedule. We adapt to it. Drop in when it works for you. Our rolling circuit delivers a full, coach-led workout in under 50 minutes. No fixed class times.

No plan? No problem. Our Rolling Circuit and Onboarding Roadmap give you a clear path before you step in. Show up, follow the plan, and start progressing.

New or hesitant? Begin with a 1-on-1 consult. No judgment, no egos, just real support  & guidance during sessions at the begining of your journey until you build the confidence to do it alone!

The Progression Loop

Hope is not a strategy. We use a  feedback loop to guarantee progression. You don't guess if it's working; the lab proves it.

Consult & Target

1-on-1 goal setting. Define exact performance, body composition, and health metrics.

Measure

Establish baselines via Whoop API, Body Comp mapping, and Biomarker data.

Execute

Train using real-time HR/Zone telemetry to ensure you hit the prescribed intensity.

Re-Assess

Quarterly check-ins. We cross-reference your new Lab metrics against Step 1.

Reflect & Celebrate

It's important to celebrate each goal we achieve, look back to where we started & see how far we've come.

Solo Targets, Shared Success"Your metrics are individual, but your momentum is collective. In the Lab, we hit our personal baselines while simultaneously hitting our community goal: funding the next generation of Squamish apprentices. We don’t just train in a room; we progress as a cohort.

Every membership powers a youth apprenticeship—combining fitness, mentorship, and real-world skills. Together, we’re building stronger bodies and brighter futures.

The number of 6-19 year olds in British Columbia that live below the poverty line & are classified NEET (Not in education, employment or training).

Up to 60% of these NEET youth are in unstable or have broken families. These youth are 33% more likely to pull out of education. 1 in every 3.

The total amount of members required to fully fund an apprentice on a 24 month program. No handouts required

Reforged will remove the financial stress from apprentices by providing living accomodation as part of the apprenticeship along with an hourly wage when not in class

upon completion, apprentices will have certifications in Personal training, boxing, first aid & business entrepreneurship.
They will also have access to a mental health professional for the duration of the apprenticeship.
